Refund Policy

All Zidishops products are digital downloads. You receive your files by email right after checkout, so nothing is shipped or returned.

When we refund

• The file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot send you a working copy within 3 business days.
• The product is clearly different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

When we can't refund

• Change of mind after the files have been downloaded.
• Printer, paper or device problems on your side (we are happy to help you print, though).
