Which report sheet suits my nursing specialty?

Med-Surg, telemetry or step-down: the 4-patient Med-Surg sheet (free to download). ICU: the 2-patient ICU sheet. ER, Labor & Delivery and Pediatrics each have their own sheet, and the SBAR sheet is for handoffs and transfers. All six come in the Nurse Report Sheet Bundle.

Can I type into the files or only print them?

The report sheets are made to print and fill in by hand on your clipboard. The Clinical Rotation Organizer, First 90 Days Organizer and 12-Hour Shift Life Planner are fillable PDFs: type on screen or print them.

What is the difference between the report sheet bundle and the shift planner?

The bundle is for use during a shift: one page to track your patients, timed tasks and handoff. The 12-Hour Shift Life Planner is for life around your shifts: a four-week roster, hours log, shift swaps, leave, credential renewal dates and a pay-period check.

Are these suitable for nursing students?

Yes. The Clinical Rotation Organizer is made for nursing students, and many students use report sheets on clinical days. Follow your program's and clinical site's rules on patient information.

What files and paper sizes will I receive?

Report Sheet Bundle: a ZIP with 6 PDFs. Free Med-Surg sheet: one PDF. Both are US Letter and print on A4 with "fit to page". The organizers and shift planner include A4 and US Letter PDFs. The Christmas Office Party Kit is one 14-page US Letter PDF.

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you get an email with your download link. You can also download from the order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped.

Can I print them more than once?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own use.
